Chocolate AVOCADO Mousse!

Simple, delicious, & so good for you!

This recipe is low in sugar, vegan, gluten-free, keto & paleo friendly

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 non-dairy milk (i used coconut milk)

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • About 15 drops of liquid stevia (or sweetener of choice)

  • Top with berries

Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl & make sure to mash the avocado well. This recipe takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare & is loaded with healthy fats and antioxidants. I hope you enjoy! ... & Don't forget to share the love with friends & family. =)
