is a mom of two, certified Holistic Health Coach, and 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher with a Masters Degree in Nutrition for Health & Human Performance. She specializes in coaching women in overcoming chronic health struggles as well as empowering them to live a life without restriction from illness and self limiting beliefs. Her work is based upon the principle of giving the body what it needs to heal itself, utilizing symptoms as messengers of imbalance, and bringing about awareness to the parts of ourselves that need more love and attention. Allison utilizes the foundations of health: diet, exercise, sleep, relationships, purpose, & spiritual practice, as the cornerstones of her practice. She received her Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2018 and her Masters degree in Nutrition from the University of Miami in 2017. Allison completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bala Vinyasa Yoga in Miami, FL, and has completed various adjunct trainings in teaching yoga to athletes, as well restorative yoga.
Through utilizing her skills from various teachings and trainings, Allison spreads knowledge and holds space for others’ healing and transformation to occur. She believes that every body has the capacity to heal and emanate vitality. She currently lives in Bend, OR and coaches clients with the powerful methods she has developed.
