In my 6 week health & wellness program, we will work together to bring clarity to your vision, identify possible roadblocks, create realistic & attainable action steps, and cultivate empowerment and confidence. My goal is to bring about balance in the following key areas: diet, exercise, relationships, career, & spiritual practice so that you feel energy, connection, love, joy, and meaning.
