Oil Pulling
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that can help alleviate a multitude of health issues. This is something I’ve recently been experimenting with, and I must say I do notice a difference in the cleanliness of my mouth, as well as a noticeably brighter smile. I thought I would share this with you because it’s a pretty easy, quick, and inexpensive habit to add to your natural hygiene routine.

Test this out and add these 5 simple steps to your morning routine:
Scoop out about a tablespoon of coconut oil
Swish the oil in your mouth… Start with 5 minutes and work your way up to 20
Spit out the oil in a trash can
Rinse out your mouth with water
Brush your teeth
