What can I expect during a session with Allison?

During a virtual session, Allison will coach you through any obstacles or challenges you may be experiencing. Depending on your specific health & wellness goals, Allison will implement specific holistic healing modalities such as nutrition recommendations, creating a custom meal plan, identifying primary obstacles/ limiting beliefs that get in the way, exercise recommendations, mindfulness practices, journaling, breath work, meditation, and more. Each session varies depending on the individual and your unique needs. Post session, you can expect an email from Allison summarizing what you discussed during your session along with the next essential steps & actions you must take to accelerate healing & achieve your goals!

90-minutes of guidance, love, support, and accountability. Allison will provide the proper information & clarity you need to adopt a healthier lifestyle, lose weight, naturally heal from chronic symptoms, and overcome any other health obstacles. In this holistic nutrition session, Allison will target your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing in order to implement the proper changes within your diet, mindset, and lifestyle to reach your goals.
