RAW Mango Zucchini Noodles (ZOODLES!)

HAPPY 2020!

I hope you all are bringing in this New Year with loved ones and are setting some powerful intentions for this NEW DECADE! I know there is a lot of pressure for change this time of year, and it can feel a little overwhelming… if there’s one positive thing you do for your body this year, it should be to incorporate more fresh fruits and veggies into your diet. SIMPLE. EASY. I’m bringing you this new recipe to show how incredibly simple & minimal ingredients can create a delicious meal that is quick & requires no cooking!

Ingredients:

3 medium zucchinis made into noodles

1 avocado

1 mango

Juice from 1 lime

1 sprig of cilantro

Instructions:

Put zucchini noodles in a bowl

Combine remaining ingredients using a high speed blender to create the sauce

Pour sauce over noodles & enjoy!
