Super Smoothie Bowl

A super nutritious and delicious way to start the day! ðŸ˜‹

Simply combine the following in a blender:

3/4 cup almond milk

1-3 cups  spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp honey for extra sweetness

Top with:

fresh banana slices

fresh blueberries

granola

slivered almonds

chia seeds

cinnamon
